Technical Features of Modular Steel Grids

Made from S235JR UNI EN 10025 steel with a thickness of 3.5 mm, these grids offer high load-bearing capacity and superior durability, resisting wear and environmental elements.

The grids undergo a hot phosphate treatment process, including degreasing, pickling, washing, passivation, and drying. Then, a powder polyester coating in matte green is applied, providing a protective layer of ≥35 microns, ensuring resistance to corrosion, wear, and external elements.

Standard dimensions of the modular steel grids are 3040 mm x 417 mm, ensuring a perfect fit for all installation needs.

Each grid is supplied with 4 steel fasteners, ensuring a stable and durable installation that maintains safety and stability over time.
